Survey for Erewash service users
The Mental Health Action Group is an independent service-user led campaign group based in Derbyshire. We would like to find out the views of people living in the Erewash area about services that are available to support your mental health recovery.
All information you share with us will be kept anonymous but we will use it to build up a picture of how well supported people feel and what, if anything, is currently missing. This survey is supported by those who commission services in your area so whatever you share with us can influence future services.
