Grief And Self-Hypnosis Programme
A supportive six-week programme to help you navigate grief with self-hypnosis

Are you struggling with grief and looking for a gentle way to support yourself? This six week in person programme based in Swadlincote could help you
Grief can feel overwhelming, unpredictable, and exhausting. This six-week programme is designed to introduce you to self-hypnosis—an accessible tool to help you find moments of calm, process emotions, and feel more in control of your journey.
By the end of the programme, you’ll leave with your own personalised self-hypnosis script—a powerful resource you can return to whenever you need comfort and support.
What is self-hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is a guided state of relaxation and focus that helps calm the nervous system, ease emotional overwhelm, and create space for healing.
How can self-hypnosis help with grief?
Grief affects everyone differently, but self-hypnosis can support you in several ways:
🌀 Emotional Support – When emotions like sadness, guilt, or anger feel too heavy, self-hypnosis can help you find a moment of peace.
🌿 A Safe Space – It guides you to create a personal sanctuary in your mind—a place to retreat when the world feels too much.
💬 Processing & Release – Grief can feel like carrying an invisible weight. Self-hypnosis helps you process emotions gently, at your own pace.
❤️ Connection – Visualisation techniques can help you feel connected to your loved one in a way that brings comfort and reassurance.
🌙 Better Sleep – Grief can disrupt rest, but self-hypnosis can promote deeper, more restorative sleep.
Group Details:

📖 A personalised self-hypnosis script – By attending all six weeks, you’ll develop a unique script tailored to your needs, so you can continue using self-hypnosis long after the course ends.
☕ Time to connect – Each session lasts 60 minutes, with an optional 30 minutes afterward for tea, conversation, and support.
