Whistleblowing
National Mind works in partnership with an independent, whistleblowing hotline service called Safecall. Safecall run an accessible hotline that enables staff to voice concerns in a free and secure way. This ensures that concerns are logged and handled in a professional manner and brought to National Mind’s attention, as soon as possible, to enable a prompt review and investigation.
