Do you want to try Nordic Walking?
Join one of our courses to learn all the techniques and to find out the benefits on your physical and mental health.
Our next course is on Saturday June 20^th 10-2:30 on Darley Park.  Tickets available from Tourist Information Centre. (You will need to buy 4)
The course costs £20 for the day and includes pole hire.  Please bring a packed lunch or money for the cafe.
When you have completed the course you can join our regular Nordic walks in various parks in Derby.
