What does a typical day look like?

Every day is different! Team 1:1s, meetings with commissioners, external networking, strategic work with the senior management team, exploring new services.

What’s the most rewarding thing about your job?

Seeing the impact that my incredible team have on the lives of people living locally. I love seeing positive feedback from clients and knowing it is a direct result of the work my team have done.

What does it mean to you to work for your Local Mind?

Everything! Being able to make a difference to the mental wellbeing of our communities is all I have ever wanted to do and knowing that there is still so much more we can do is really motivating. As well as supporting our communities, I love working with local people, the team at Derbyshire Mind are great and it’s incredible that we are want the same outcomes.
