Derbyshire Mind’s Mental wellbeing services are our activities, groups and courses that enable you to connect with a community. This is because we understand the positive impact that being part of a community has on a person’s mental health, wellbeing, and ability to cope.
Our services can look like many things and come in many forms, but our goal is always to provide activities that help you boost your mood, enjoy life and improve your mental wellbeing.

Rookie Runners
A 12 week programme, for anyone looking to start their running journey whilst looking after their wellbeing along the way

Struggling with how you're feeling? Need someone to just listen & not try to fix? MindSpace is here to listen to you - come and walk with us
Movement and Mindfulness
Movement and Mindfulness is an online and In person class which merges yoga with mindfulness and breath techniques. Enjoy a sense of calm and grounding which will help to alleviate stress and anxiety
Mindful Crafts
Mindful Crafts is our friendly and supportive community group that provides a calm space in which we have a go at new creative activities and improve our confidence and self esteem along the way.
Wellbeing at Chatsworth
Derbyshire Mind are working in partnership with Chatsworth House Trust to host a selection of our regular Mental Wellbeing Services
